Initial homepage previews are offered without an obligation to purchase. Preview concepts remain the studio's work unless rights are expressly transferred in writing.
Paid work
Before a paid project begins, we agree the scope, deliverables, schedule and payment milestones with the customer in writing. Any additional work is quoted separately.
Cancellations & refunds
For commissioned digital services, cancellation and refund rights depend on the agreement, work already carried out and applicable UK consumer law. We will explain the relevant terms before payment; nothing here removes statutory rights. Contact us by email with any issue.
